Friday, hit the treadmill at the office. 4.5 miles in 40 min. mile easy, 9x20sec hill reps (40 sec rest), then 6x400m at 6:20 pace. Felt pretty good today. Running the short hill reps seems to make running the quarters easier. I think I'm going to work my leg turnover for the next two weeks and see if that feeling carries over further.
Ran with Fast Forward Sports on Saturday. Fun group. There were so many folks there that we filled up the parking lot at Tom Watson park. It looked like a 5k was going on. Easy run, 45 min in zone 1. It was good to see all of my runners from last season. And a few other folks from tri-world too.
Sunday, on the bike on the trainer. 2x12 at FTP and 2x15 in zone 3. Not too exciting, but it seems to be working.
