Just enjoying life. Doing some running and some riding. Having fun with the Endurance Nation workouts. Everyone one of them has some zone 4 and most have some zone 5 work in them. Fun stuff. Today was six miles running, with 3 x 1 mile at zone 4. For me, zone 4 is right at 7 minutes/mile. It's pretty windy here again today, so I hit the treadmill. I think I may be getting used to the mill finally. I ran 2 x 1 mile on Saturday and they felt pretty reasonable. But the first two reps on the mill today felt tough. Really tough actually. For the third rep though, I got myself to relax a little bit more and came through feeling a little better. Running outside is definitely easier for me though.
