Interesting run. Perceived effort was really low, heart rate was high, at least for the first 20 minutes, and pace sucked. But I figure things will be jacked for another week or so. It felt good to move though. I'm really looking forward to running this fall and winter.
I'm looking at the CU Turkey Trot for a goal race this fall. 10 weeks away. it's good to have goals :)
