Small but important victory...my mojo is gone, and it took my motivation. But I got myself out the door for a run anyway. Trying not to think too much about it. Just need to get going again. I figured 4 miles is better than nothing...

What trail is that...?
The Towhee. We got to it from the Mesa trail. We started at the Meas Trail head that's down in Eldorado. Apparently it heads up and behind the flat irons.
