Swim after work, 1600m, ~30 min, focused on form
Run - total of 15 miles....5 coaching with F4, 1:40 there. lots of stopping and talking and stretching and warmup drills....then 10 miles in 1:26...did start this run until 7:45pm. Finished in the dark. Strange. Hopefully, I won't be finishing in the dark at ironman. :)
