6 hrs for Tuesday through Friday.
T - 7mile run, 22 mile bike
W - 1hr swim, 50 min bike
Th- 45 min recovery bike
F- 8mile run
plans for sat : at least 1 hr of running and 2 hrs on the bike
Sun : swim and 3 to 4 on the bike.
there's lots going on in my head, but it's not in any sort of order yet. it's all centering around perception and mental noise. More later
