Just cruised around City Park. I could tell i had ridden the day before, but it didn't bother the run much at all. I spent most of the run keeping my HR well inside z2. It was a little frustrating when I got to any hills, I had to back off the pace dramatically. But as soon as the road leveled out, or decended, the pace picked right back up.
If you count commuting time, I got in 11:30 hrs last week. Without the commutes, 8.5 hrs. That's without swimming. I'll be sure to get to the pool a few time this week.
That's it, nothing profound...
